We fully support all our populus implementations

As a matter of course we are available from 8.30am to 6pm AEST, Monday – Friday to answer any queries you may have. Out of hours on call support can be arranged if required.

We provide telephone support during business hours, but regardless of how a call is initiated it will be managed through our online support system. This ensures that there is a common record on all queries. Each client has a dashboard through which they can access the populus knowledge base and also their support history.
Clients have the options of paying for support and maintenance on a time and material basis or through one of our pre-defined support plans.
