Sections

There are four primary hierarchical content levels (though more may be created using the modules):

• Home: homepage for the entire website
• Category: second level sections, fixed (when referred to the front of the site these categories are  – news, about us etc…
• Channel: third level sections, customisable via the Admin (in the front of the site if you go to About us section, you will see a channel ‘more about us’)
• Topic: fourth level, customisable via the Admin ( you be able to see this topic – ‘even more about us’ under ‘more about us’ in the ‘about us’ section)

In principal, there is no limit to the number of Channels or Topics that you can create. In practice you are limited by the amount of space in the navigation. However, you do not have to include all Categories or Topics that you create in the navigation which means that you have a significant amount of flexibility to control the format and structure of your site.

All of the above are “Sections” and can be administered through the Sections tab in the Admin.
