Managing section modules

'section modules' are also referred to as 'RHS modules'.
How do I update Section Modules
Section modules are managed in exactly the same way as section homepage modules. To manage them for a particular section click on the 'edit section module' button on /_admin/section.asp page.
Where do RHS Modules Appear
Modules which have been assigned to RHS section modules do not appear on the section homepage. However, they do appear on sub-pages which have the section set as their section parent.

The right hand side for the 'page not found' page is drawn from the 'section modules' for the Home section. Go to this page - /_admin/section.asp in the admin, and click on the 'section modules' button next to the Home section.
