Welcome email

When a member is created a validation/welcome email is automatically sent to the member's email address.
- The content for the validation email can be managed in the admin here - /_admin/member_JoinProcess.asp
- In addition when a user is created through the admin, the administrator can specify alternative content for the welcome email. This can be found here: /_admin/member_detail.asp?act=new
