Access Levels: show/hide content

Administrators can specify the degree to which content behind an access level wall can be seen by non-logged in users or users that do not have the requisite access level.
The content can either be:
Administrators can manage the status of the access level content by checking/unchecking the 'hide content' box on the Access Level Edit page (/_admin/accesslevels_edit.asp)
- Visible: which means that users can see links to the content but when they click on them they get to the 'restricted access' page; or
- Hidden: which means that the link to the content will not appear in the article list module, public profile module, blog module, or search page at all.
