Explanation of administrator rights for Support component

There are some specific administrator permissions related to the Support component. This article explains how they work.

The following support permissions exist:
  1. Support set up – admin user can change seeting on the 'set up' page for Support
  2. Reports – has access to and can generate reports
  3. Requests
  • none: administrator can not see any calls
  • all: see all calls 
  • personal: only sees calls assigned to them, and support updates assigned to them
